  • What are the stages of recruitment at Suitmedia?

    • Screening: This stage involves reviewing resumes, portfolios, and initial assessments to screen candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and fit for the firm. Only shortlisted candidates from this stage will be contacted by our HR team.
    • Assessment: Candidates who pass the screening stage are given additional assessments or assignments to evaluate their creative, digital, and strategic capabilities in more depth.
