Role
You will gain hands-on experience in assisting the management of client relationships and supporting the execution of digital projects from initiation to completion. This role is designed to provide you with the foundational experience in client service and project coordination, working closely with senior team members to deliver impactful digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal Creative and Technical teams to ensure project tasks are briefed accurately and executed according to the agreed-upon project scope.
- Project Execution Support: Support the end-to-end delivery of digital projects by tracking project milestones, maintaining timelines, and ensuring internal teams are aligned with client objectives.
- Client Support: Assist the Account team as a secondary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication on daily project matters.
- Meeting Management: Facilitate client meetings by preparing agendas, capturing actionable meeting minutes, and distributing summaries to internal and external stakeholders.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare project status reports and performance summaries, ensuring all data is accurate and communicated effectively to both internal and external teams.
- Risk Monitoring: Assist in monitoring day-to-day project tasks, proactively flagging potential delays or roadblocks to the Account Manager to ensure project continuity and quality.
- Growth Support: Assist the team in identifying potential growth opportunities within existing accounts and support the preparation of research and materials for new business pitches.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (preferably 3rd or 4th year) in Business, Marketing, Communication, IT, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: No prior professional experience required, but prior internships in operations, project management, or leadership roles are a plus.
- Technical/Hard Skills: Proficient in presentation software and comfortable learning new project management tools. A strong interest in the digital agency business model is essential.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused. Must be able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Bonus Points: Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Basecamp or Trello). A proven track record of handling complex projects with high attention to detail.

This position is prioritized for our Jakarta office.
