Role
You will play an important role in capturing high-quality, visually compelling video content that supports storytelling and enhances digital experiences for Suitmedia’s clients. Responsible for managing substantial parts of the video production process, this role requires solid technical skills, creative vision, and attention to detail within a dynamic agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and creative teams to understand video objectives and assist in developing storyboards and preparing equipment.
- Operate professional video cameras, lighting, and audio gear, assisting with directing on-camera talent.
- Assist in reviewing and selecting footage ensuring it meets technical standards and creative direction.
- Maintain and manage video production equipment and organize media assets.
- Contribute creative and technical ideas throughout the production process, keeping up-to-date with industry trends.
- Collaborate and communicate progress with teams and clients, adapting to feedback.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Production, Communication, or related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Videographer, Camera Operator, or similar role with a portfolio of video projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in camera operation (DSLR, mirrorless, cinema cameras), lighting techniques, and audio recording. Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Soft Skills: Strong storytelling, visual composition, and communication skills.
- Bonus Points: Experience with drone operation, advanced gimbals, or motion graphics.
Location Preference:
This position is prioritized for our Jakarta office.
