You will gain hands-on experience by assisting the Content Marketing team in creating engaging and informative digital content, learning to develop strategic write-ups and engaging narratives for various digital platforms. This internship offers a foundational understanding of content strategy, multi-channel marketing, and digital audience engagement within a creative digital agency.

Responsibilities

  • Learn to contribute to the creation and development of diverse digital content for multiple platforms, such as websites, articles, blogs, social media, and email marketing.
  • Assist in executing social media marketing communications, learning strategies to engage consumers and build brand presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions with the creative team (e.g., copywriters, designers, strategists) to develop innovative ideas and concepts for both visual and written content.
  • Learn to conduct in-depth research on industry trends, target audiences, and specific topics to support the development of original and data-driven content.
  • Support the coordination efforts with other internal departments and, if applicable, external partners/merchants, to ensure timely and quality delivery of content marketing initiatives.
  • Gain exposure to content optimization techniques for search engine visibility (SEO) and user engagement.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (preferably 3rd or 4th year) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Foreign Language, Business, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: No prior professional experience required, but academic projects, personal blogs, relevant extracurricular activities, or prior experience managing social media accounts demonstrating strong writing and digital communication skills are a plus.
  • Technical/Hard Skills: Basic understanding of various digital content platforms (social media, blogs, websites). Good writing skills and strong command of grammar in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. Familiarity with general digital marketing concepts.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Strong curiosity about digital marketing trends and consumer behavior. Very active involvement in various social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, personal blogs) or online communities is a plus, demonstrating practical interest.
  • Bonus Points: Basic familiarity with SEO concepts or content management systems. Any experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
