Role
You will gain foundational experience by assisting the Digital Strategy team in researching market trends, analyzing data, and contributing to the development of strategic blueprints for digital assets, brands, and marketing campaigns. This role offers hands-on learning in the core elements of digital strategy within a creative agency setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on the latest digital trends, market shifts, and emerging technologies to support strategic insights.
- Assist in analyzing customer and user data, helping to identify user personas, map basic customer journeys, and understand user behavior.
- Support the evaluation of brands and their digital assets, identifying opportunities for optimization to achieve business results.
- Help in preparing strategic blueprints and presentations for digital products, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing the efficiency and effectiveness of digital channel implementations, contributing to performance reports.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for digital activation ideas and campaign concepts.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Undergraduate student (preferably 3rd or 4th year) in Business, Marketing, Communication, Product Design, Information Systems, IT, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: No prior professional experience required, but academic projects or relevant extracurricular activities demonstrating an interest in digital strategy or analytics are a plus.
- Technical/Hard Skills: Basic understanding of digital trends (CX, UX, analytics, digital touchpoints). Proficiency in data analysis using spreadsheet tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Strong analytical skills and ability to think conceptually. Passionate about digital strategy and technology, with a proactive, curious mindset.
- Bonus Points: Familiarity with any digital analytics platforms or design thinking methodologies.
