Role
- You will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations of our business, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with local laws and regulations, and contributing to the company's objective of ensuring profitability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and tax compliance.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations and International Financial Reporting Standards (PSAK-IFRS).
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all tax payments, including corporate income tax, value-added tax, withholding tax, and other relevant taxes.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, and provide regular updates to the Board of Directors.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to complete year-end financial statements and tax filings.
- Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts, providing regular updates to the Board of Directors.
- Lead and develop a team of finance and accounting professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to support business initiatives and provide financial insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations, PSAK-IFRS, and financial reporting requirements.
- Experience with financial reporting software, such as Zahir, Google Sheets, Xero, Jurnal, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a working proficiency in English and Indonesian.
