You will gain foundational experience in frontend web development by assisting our engineers in building high-quality, modern websites and web applications. This internship offers hands-on learning in coding best practices, UI development, and integrating user interfaces with backend systems.

Responsibilities

  • Learn to create basic UI prototypes using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring compatibility with various web browsers.
  • Assist in writing high-quality, semantic, and clean code, learning to conform to W3C standards and internal guidelines.
  • Learn to contribute to building high-performance frontend web applications, focusing on basic optimization techniques.
  • Assist in integrating APIs using modern JavaScript frameworks, understanding how frontend interacts with backend services.
  • Learn to contribute to technical documentation, understanding its importance in software development.
  • Collaborate within the development team, learning effective teamwork and professional development practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest web technologies and trends, actively seeking opportunities for skill development.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Undergraduate student (preferably 3rd or 4th year) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: No prior professional experience required, but academic projects, relevant coursework, or personal coding initiatives demonstrating strong aptitude for web development are essential.
  • Technical/Hard Skills: Excellent proficiency in client-side web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Basic understanding of responsive web design. Familiarity with at least one JavaScript framework (e.g., Vue.js, React.js, Angular) is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills (written and verbal). Eager to learn, highly detail-oriented, and a proactive approach to coding challenges.
  • Bonus Points: Any exposure to Git or CSS preprocessors. Personal web development projects or contributions to open-source.
