You will gain foundational, hands-on experience by assisting Suitmedia's HR team in various administrative and operational tasks across organization development and the entire employee life cycle. This internship offers practical exposure to modern HR practices and an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic digital agency's talent strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative assistance to the Human Resources department, including accurate data entry, filing, scanning, and preparing HR-related documents.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts by assisting with resume screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases efficiently.
  • Help in coordinating employee onboarding activities and meticulously preparing new hire paperwork to ensure a smooth start for new team members.
  • Assist in organizing logistics for training & development programs and engaging employee events, contributing to a vibrant company culture.
  • Contribute to maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR information systems, ensuring data integrity.
  • Participate in assigned projects within the Human Resource Department, gaining insights into various HR functions like performance management or compensation & benefits.
  • Actively learn about Indonesian labor regulations and HR compliance best practices, applying knowledge to daily tasks.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Undergraduate student (preferably 3rd or 4th year) in Psychology.
  • Professional Experience: No prior professional experience required, but academic projects, relevant coursework, or extracurricular activities demonstrating a strong interest in HR are essential.
  • Technical/Hard Skills: Proficiency in standard office software (Google Workspace/Microsoft Office). Basic understanding of HR concepts and principles.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, eager-to-learn approach. Able to take initiative, work effectively under supervision, and thrive both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail.
    5. Bonus Points: Familiarity with any HR software or database.

Location Preference:

This position is prioritized for our Jakarta office.
