Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and planning an efficient and secure corporate network.
- Support the procurement of network infrastructure devices.
- Help manage infrastructure (configuration and capacity) to ensure availability, supporting the company's IT operational activities.
- Assist in installing and configuring company software, hardware, and networks.
- Support monitoring of system performance and troubleshooting issues in the company's IT network and systems, including IT Operations and IT Enterprise.
- Assist in conducting educational and training activities for users regarding current and newly implemented infrastructure to ensure smooth company operations.
- Help resolve recurring incidents to prevent reoccurrence and support the company's IT operations.
- Assist in ensuring the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
- Prepare monthly reports detailing activities performed, including explanations of tasks and solutions to issues encountered in IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Informatics, or Computer Science.
- 2 years of experience, particularly in high- or low-voltage electrical systems or IT hardware support.
- Preferably skilled in using electrical measuring tools, with an understanding of electrical concepts, UPS, generators, and PAC systems.
- Preferably able to analyze and repair electronic devices.
- Preferably familiar with Fiber Optic concepts and splicing (Fiber Optic connections).
- Demonstrates high integrity and strong communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand Electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLD).
