Role
As a Senior Business Development you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and acquiring new clients in need of web/app development and digital marketing services. You will be at the forefront of expanding our market reach and building lasting relationships with potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and identify target markets and potential clients aligned with the company’s ideal customer profile.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified prospects using LinkedIn, company websites, industry events, and other channels.
- Conduct outreach via email, phone, social media, or other means to raise brand awareness and secure meetings.
- Relationship Management
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
- Understand clients’ business needs, challenges, and goals to offer tailored solutions.
- Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.
- Sales & Presentation
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
- Work closely with account, technical and creative teams to prepare and deliver engaging, client-focused presentations and proposals.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Track and document sales activities and client interactions regularly.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and feedback on market trends and client needs to management.
- Networking & Business Development
- Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to expand professional networks and uncover business opportunities.
- Contract & Negotiation
- Assist with contract drafting and negotiate terms with new clients to finalize agreements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in web/app development or digital marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Solid negotiation and interpersonal capabilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Established networks in related industries will be a plus.
This position is prioritized for Jakarta office.
