Role

You will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and acquiring new clients in need of cutting-edge web/app development and digital marketing services. You will be at the forefront of expanding Suitmedia's market reach, building lasting relationships with potential clients, and contributing significantly to our revenue growth within a dynamic agency environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic lead generation and prospecting activities, identifying target markets and potential clients that align with Suitmedia’s ideal customer profile.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations, understanding their business needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through negotiation and successful contract closing for new web/app development and digital marketing projects.
  • Collaborate closely with our account, technical, and creative teams to prepare and deliver engaging, client-focused presentations and bespoke proposals.
  • Track and document all sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics, providing insights and feedback on market trends and client needs to management.
  • Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to expand professional networks and uncover new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in web/app development or digital marketing within an agency or tech context. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Technical/Hard Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, web/app development processes, and how digital solutions address business problems. Proficiency in CRM software for sales pipeline management.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Solid negotiation and interpersonal capabilities with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
  • Bonus Points: Established networks in related industries (e.g., e-commerce, technology, media) are a significant plus.

Location Preference:

This position is prioritized for our Jakarta office.
