Role

You will be at the forefront of expanding Suitmedia’s market reach by identifying, approaching, and acquiring new enterprise clients. This is a high-impact role responsible for the entire sales lifecycle—from strategic lead generation to successful contract closing. You will act as a consultative partner to potential clients, building lasting relationships and contributing significantly to Suitmedia's revenue growth by providing cutting-edge web/app development and digital marketing services.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Lead Generation: Identify and engage high-value decision-makers in target sectors to build a pipeline of opportunities that align with Suitmedia’s Ideal Customer Profile and high-margin goals.
  • Relationship Architecture: Build and nurture strategic partnerships with CXOs and key stakeholders by deeply understanding their operational pain points and long-term digital transformation objectives.
  • Full-Cycle Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle from initial outbound discovery through to complex negotiation and successful contract closing for new digital projects.
  • Solution Proposal Development: Collaborate with our Account Management, Technical, and Creative teams to architect and deliver proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of enterprise clients.
  • Revenue Operations & Optimization: Design and refine data-driven outbound playbooks and sales tech stacks to maximize meeting conversion rates and ensure the scalability of the prospecting engine.
  • Market Intelligence & Networking: Monitor industry "Trigger Events" and represent the firm at high-level events to uncover new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the Indonesian market.
  • Mentorship & Quality Control: Provide strategic guidance to junior staff and SDR interns while ensuring all business development activities adhere to Suitmedia’s professional standards.
     

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, IT, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 4–6 years of progressive experience in business development or sales, specifically within the Digital Agency, IT Consulting, or Tech context. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is required.
  • Technical/Hard Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, web/app development lifecycles, and how digital solutions solve complex business problems. Proficiency in CRM software for pipeline management.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional persuasive communication and storytelling skills. Solid negotiation capabilities with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus Points: Established professional networks in key industries (e.g., Finance, Technology, Healthcare, Energy, FMCG, Automotive). Experience in building or managing outbound sales automation workflows.

Location Preference:

This position is prioritized for our Jakarta office.
