Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in preparing technical procurement administration and cost-related documentation for IT service product development projects, as well as for toll road operation service products.
- Assist in the preparation of work administration.
- Record helpdesk tickets and monitor the company’s computer equipment and assets.
- Prepare monthly activity reports for each procurement and administrative task completed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1).
- 2 years of experience, particularly in administration and procurement.
This position is prioritized for the Jakarta office.
