Role
You will gain hands-on experience in the strategic "top-of-funnel" operations of a leading creative digital agency. This role is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to B2B sales development, lead generation, and consultative outreach. You will act as the engine of our growth, identifying high-potential prospects and initiating the first conversations that lead to transformative digital partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Research: Conduct daily research to identify high-potential B2B clients and decision-makers (CXOs, IT Managers, Marketing Heads) that align with Suitmedia’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute strategic outbound sequences via LinkedIn, professional email, and WhatsApp to introduce Suitmedia’s digital transformation and consulting capabilities.
- Prospect Qualification: Assist in the initial discovery process by identifying prospect pain points and qualifying leads before transitioning them to the Account Management team for strategic discussions.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain a structured and organized lead tracking system (CRM/Spreadsheet) to ensure pipeline visibility, accurate data, and timely follow-ups.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to stay ahead of technology trends and identify new business opportunities within specific sectors.
- Performance Tracking: Document and report daily outreach metrics, including leads collected, response rates, and successfully booked meetings.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (preferably 3rd or 4th year) in Business, Marketing, Communication, IT, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: No prior professional experience required, but prior internships in sales, telemarketing, or relevant organizational leadership roles are a plus.
- Technical/Hard Skills: Basic computer literacy and a strong interest in B2B sales technology. Familiarity with LinkedIn for professional networking is required.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive edge. Highly resilient, proactive, and "results-oriented." Must be comfortable initiating conversations with senior-level stakeholders.
- Bonus Points: Familiarity with sales tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, SalesQL, or CRM software). Proven ability to handle objections or "think on your feet" in professional settings.
