Role

You will be the voice and the operator for our digital platforms. You will manage content, engagement, and live updates across websites, apps, and social media for both our clients and Suitmedia’s own internal channels. You will ensure that every digital interaction is professional, accurate, and on-brand, acting as the bridge between our creative/technical teams and our audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Ops & Content Execution: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital content by uploading, scheduling, and updating assets across all platforms to ensure timely delivery.
  • Omnichannel Community Management: Respond to comments, messages, and feedback across all platforms, ensuring a consistent, positive, and on-brand voice.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the technical and content integrity of all published materials by double-checking for errors, broken links, or technical issues before they go live.
  • Customer Intelligence & Reporting: Track audience feedback and sentiment trends, and provide actionable insights to improve our marketing and technical strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with creative and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of integrated digital campaigns for clients and internal initiatives.
  • Real-Time Event Reporting: Act as an on-the-ground digital reporter, capturing and publishing live content to create immersive experiences during events.
  • Internal Agency Advocacy: Contribute to Suitmedia’s internal content pipeline, ensuring our agency’s voice is reflected accurately and proactively across all internal channels.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, community management, or content operations. Experience in an agency environment is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing Content Management Systems (CMS) and social media scheduling/analytics platforms. Basic understanding of web/app content structures and digital marketing analytics. Strong writing skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects at once. You should be proactive, calm under pressure, and have great communication skills.
  • Bonus Points: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, experience with real-time event reporting, or a proven track record of managing a professional digital brand.
