Role:
Support the CTO/COO in designing, coordinating, and evaluating internal training programs to accelerate Suitmedia’s internal growth and professional capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Research industry trends and internal skill gaps to identify what topics and resources should be added to the training library.
  • Create structured learning plans and lesson outlines that define exactly what employees need to learn and how they will be tested.
  • Build the actual training materials using AI tools to speed up production while maintaining Suitmedia’s quality.
  • Upload, organize, and format all training content within the Moodle LMS to ensure it is easy for users to find and navigate.
  • Run pilot versions of new courses with small groups and fix any technical or instructional errors before the full launch.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal experts (SMEs) and HR to schedule sessions and gather the information needed to build courses.
  • Track who completes the training and how well they score, then summarize this data to show if the program is actually working.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student in Education, EdTech, or Psychology.
  • Professional Experience: Prior involvement in workshop facilitation, curriculum design, or organizational development.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic data reporting for tracking learner progress.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, passion for talent development, and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Bonus Points: Familiarity with Moodle LMS or experience in digital content creation.
