Role:
Support the CTO/COO in coordinating marketing activities across digital channels and events to generate qualified leads and strengthen Suitmedia’s brand authority.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage marketing materials (website content, ads, and emails) using AI tools to maintain high quality and speed.
  • Manage our quarterly marketing roadmap to ensure all teams are aligned on Suitmedia’s growth goals and strategic themes.
  • Gather data from all marketing channels to build monthly reports to help leadership make data-driven decisions.
  • Research potential partners or VIP guests for community events and handle the initial outreach to create new business leads.
  • Create and update playbooks for using AI in marketing to make daily operations faster and more consistent.
  • Lead monthly meetings between different departments to track project progress and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to provide the CEO with summaries and draft notes for thought-leadership content.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student in Communication, Marketing, or Business.
  • Professional Experience: Prior experience in 360º marketing, community organizing, or project management.
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of digital marketing and proficiency in AI tools like Gemini or Claude.
  • Soft Skills: Data-driven mindset, proactive communication, and ability to focus in high-performance environments.
  • Bonus Points: Strong LinkedIn presence or active involvement in endurance sports/volunteering.

Location Preference:
This position is prioritized for our Jakarta office.
