Role:
Support the CTO/COO in synthesizing macro-trends and competitor intelligence into actionable marketing activities. This role is responsible for strengthening Suitmedia’s brand authority and generating qualified leads through high-value, data-driven content.

Responsibilities:

  • Macro-Market Intelligence: Monitor digital landscape shifts and regulatory changes to identify new service opportunities and inform leadership strategy.
  • Leadership Thought-Leadership: Draft content for the C-Level LinkedIn and public presence based on synthesized market insights.
  • Account-Based Marketing Research: Conduct deep-dive analysis on high-value target accounts to identify "ouch moments" and strategic pain points for pitch alignment.
  • Strategic Partner & VIP Acquisition: Identify and initiate outreach to high-value partners and community event guests to build a pipeline of new business leads.
  • Marketing Operations & AI Playbooks: Own the end-to-end management of marketing content (web, ads, email) and maintain AI-driven playbooks to ensure operational speed and quality.
  • Cross-Functional Roadmap & Sync: Manage the quarterly marketing roadmap and lead monthly inter-departmental meetings to track progress, resolve conflicts, and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Performance Analytics & Reporting: Aggregate cross-channel data into monthly reports that distill actionable insights for leadership decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student in Communication, Marketing, Management, Business, or Information Systems.
  • Professional Experience: Prior experience in 360º marketing, market research, or working within a startup's strategy/founder's office.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in AI prompting for research and marketing, and the ability to visualize complex data trends in professional decks.
  • Soft Skills: Strong critical thinking, proactive communication, and an obsession with "connecting the dots" between news and business impact.
  • Bonus Points: Strong personal LinkedIn presence, interest in endurance sports, or active involvement in volunteering.
