You will provide strategic direction and practice leadership to a team of media specialists, responsible for designing, optimizing, and delivering high-performance media strategies, SEO frameworks, and advanced analytics for Suitmedia's diverse enterprise client portfolio. This role demands deep technical media expertise, exceptional mentorship abilities, and the capacity to drive operational excellence, margin optimization, and innovation across our digital marketing practice.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership, strategic direction, and hands-on guidance to media team members, fostering a culture of best practices, data-driven optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with clients as a trusted strategic consultant, translating complex media performance metrics, attribution models, and technical insights into understandable business implications and vice versa.
  • Define, standardize, and optimize internal media operations and establish robust campaign architectures, QA frameworks, and reporting templates to ensure consistency and high margin efficiency across projects.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of media planning, paid acquisition (SEM/Paid Social), SEO, and analytics implementation, ensuring high campaign performance, data integrity, and scalability.
  • Ensure timely and on-scope delivery of key media deliverables, managing performance risks and collaborating closely with account management, creative, and project management teams.
  • Drive the maintenance and continuous optimization of ongoing media campaigns and tracking ecosystems, ensuring adherence to performance benchmarks and client KPIs.
  • Evaluate and recommend new advertising platforms, tracking technologies, privacy regulations compliance (e.g., cookieless tracking), and methodologies to enhance Suitmedia's media capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in digital media, performance marketing, or media analytics, with at least 3+ years in a lead, supervisory, or advisory role mentoring media specialists.
  • Technical/Hard Skills: Excellent analytical and advanced media planning skills with deep expertise across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic) as well as technical SEO and advanced web analytics (GA4, GTM, attribution modeling). Strong knowledge of digital marketing attribution, funnel optimization, and data visualization tools. Proficient in digital marketing tech stacks and data infrastructure.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and problem-solving skills. Strong technical communication skills (written and verbal), capable of articulating complex media data and strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Highly organized, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
  • Bonus Points: Experience with marketing automation, customer data platforms (CDPs), advanced data science/SQL applications in marketing, or programmatic buying infrastructure.
