Role
You will gain foundational experience in analyzing, designing, and supporting the delivery of high-quality mobile applications. This internship offers hands-on learning in bridging business requirements with mobile technical solutions, understanding mobile system architecture, and contributing to the mobile application development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting research to understand client needs and user requirements specifically for mobile applications.
- Learn to analyze business requirements and translate them into preliminary mobile app specifications.
- Learn to design information architecture, user flows, and wireframes from a functional perspective for mobile apps.
- Participate in quality assurance processes for mobile applications, learning to identify and report issues.
- Learn to contribute to high-quality technical documentation for mobile solutions.
- Assist in gathering data and feedback from end-users to identify areas for mobile system improvement.
- Learn to analyze basic analytics and business data from mobile applications to create insightful reports.
- Learn to communicate ideas, challenges, needs, and progress throughout the mobile software development life cycle.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Undergraduate student (preferably 3rd or 4th year) in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: No prior professional experience required, but academic projects or relevant coursework demonstrating an interest in mobile applications, system analysis, or business analysis are a plus.
- Technical/Hard Skills: Good analytical skills, from problem understanding to basic solution conceptualization. . Good sense of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles for mobile applications. Basic understanding of mobile development concepts (e.g., iOS/Android platforms).
- Soft Skills: Good communication skills (written and verbal). Eager to learn, highly organized, and a proactive problem-solver.
- Bonus Points: Any exposure to mobile app development, design tools, or mobile analytics.
