Role

You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality mobile applications for Suitmedia's diverse clients. This role demands a strong understanding of mobile ecosystem requirements, robust analytical skills, and the ability to bridge business needs with mobile technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research and discovery to thoroughly understand client business needs, user requirements, and desired outcomes specifically for mobile applications.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear, detailed mobile application specifications and functional design documents for iOS and Android platforms.
  • Design the information architecture, user flows, and wireframes from a functional perspective, specifically for mobile user experiences.
  • Perform rigorous quality assurance (QA) throughout the mobile application development lifecycle, ensuring solutions adhere to requirements, approved designs, and mobile best practices.
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation (e.g., functional specifications, API definitions, process flows) tailored for mobile developers, designers, and clients.
  • Gather and analyze data and feedback from end-users to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of existing mobile systems.
  • Analyze mobile analytics and business data to create insightful reports that inform decision-making and measure application effectiveness.
  • Communicate ideas, challenges, needs, and progress effectively throughout the entire mobile software development life cycle, collaborating closely with development, UX/UI, and account teams.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Account Management team, contributing to and potentially delivering technical proposals to prospective clients, especially large enterprises.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or Solution Analyst is preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant academic background, internship, or project experience in mobile application development are welcome to apply.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent analytical skills, from requirements elicitation to solution conceptualization. Good technical knowledge in iOS & Android development paradigms and mobile platform specifics. Strong understanding of mobile user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
  • Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences and presenting proposals to large companies. Detail-oriented, proactive, and a collaborative team player. Ability to manage multiple tasks within the mobile development lifecycle.
  • Bonus Points: Experience with specific mobile development frameworks or technologies. Familiarity with mobile analytics platforms. Certification in mobile development or business analysis.
