Senior Account Executive

Role

You will be responsible for managing key client relationships and overseeing the successful execution of digital projects from initiation to completion. This role demands a proactive approach to client satisfaction, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective communication on all project matters.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, including defining project scope, timelines, budgets, and ensuring internal teams are aligned to deliver on client objectives.
  • Proactively identify and communicate potential risks or challenges related to project scope, timeline, or budget, proposing solutions to the Account Manager.
  • Prepare and present project updates, performance reports, and initial proposals to clients, articulating value and progress.
  • Support the Account Manager in identifying growth opportunities within existing client accounts and preparing pitches for new business acquisition.
  • Collaborate closely with internal creative, technical, and marketing teams to translate client requirements into actionable tasks and ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in project management, client service, or account coordination within a digital agency or related industry.
  • Technical/Hard Skills: Strong understanding of project management principles and tools. Familiarity with digital marketing channels and website/app development processes. Good grasp of digital marketing and technology concepts. Proficient in Google Workspace.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written and verbal). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Bonus Points: Proven track record in managing smaller-scale digital projects independently. Experience with CRM software.

Location Preference

This position is prioritized for our Jakarta office.
