Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and monitoring the realization of feasibility study worksheets for toll road businesses.
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and monitoring the realization of feasibility study worksheets for other business revenues beyond toll income.
Propose potential business opportunities related to toll road operations. - Monitor the achievement of other business revenues and the execution of other business cooperation contracts.
- Support the implementation and preparation of administrative requirements related to changes and expansions in business scope plans.
- Coordinate with partners and relevant stakeholders regarding business plan adjustments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Management, Financial Management, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 4 years of work experience in a similar field.
- Advanced proficiency in using and operating Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, with experience preparing company reports and presentations.
- High level of integrity.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred experience in business development with a basic understanding of financial statements.
- Preferred experience in government or state-owned enterprise (SOE) project development or implementation.
This position is prioritized for the Jakarta office.
