Role
You will be a key strategic partner in analyzing, designing, and overseeing the successful delivery of complex, high-quality web-based applications and websites for Suitmedia’s clients. This senior role requires advanced analytical expertise, a deep understanding of web system architecture, and the ability to translate intricate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. You will also provide leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to drive project success and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead research and discovery efforts to understand client business needs and user requirements for web solutions.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, comprehensive software specifications and functional design documents.
- Design robust information architecture, user flows, and wireframes to ensure scalable and efficient web systems.
- Oversee quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle to ensure solutions meet requirements and best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation tailored for developers, designers, clients, and management.
- Analyze user feedback and system data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend optimizations.
- Mentor junior analysts and collaborate closely with development, UX/UI, project management, and client teams.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 4-6 years as a System Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably with web application delivery experience.
- Technical Skills: Advanced requirements gathering, MVC frameworks, ER modeling, object-oriented design, QA practices, and software development lifecycles knowledge.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical thinking, leadership, mentoring, communication, and collaboration skills. Proactive and detail-oriented.
- Bonus Points: Basic programming, familiarity with modern web frameworks or CMS, experience with project management tools (e.g., Basecamp, JIRA, Confluence).
