You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing high-quality Sitecore solutions that deliver exceptional digital experiences for Suitmedia's diverse clientele. Directly shaping the success of our digital projects, this role demands deep expertise in Sitecore CMS implementation and strong .NET proficiency in a dynamic agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and customization of robust Sitecore applications and solutions, adhering to architectural best practices and client specifications.
- Provide expert technical guidance and implement solutions for Sitecore-related challenges, optimizing for performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., UX/UI, Front-End, Account Management) to ensure seamless integration and delivery of Sitecore projects.
- Design and implement complex integrations between Sitecore and various third-party systems, APIs, or existing client platforms.
- Ensure high code quality and system reliability through active participation in code reviews, comprehensive testing, and effective debugging.
- Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and staying abreast of the latest Sitecore versions and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in backend web application development, with strong proficiency in .NET (C#) and a minimum of 1-2 years of direct experience with Sitecore CMS, including implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Technical/Hard Skills: Strong proficiency in .NET development (C#) and proven expertise with Sitecore CMS. Solid understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Experience with SQL Server, including database design, querying, and optimization.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a collaborative mindset. Proactive in identifying and resolving technical challenges.
- Bonus Points: Sitecore certification (e.g., Sitecore Certified Professional Developer) is preferably. Experience with Sitecore Experience Platform (XP) or Sitecore Experience Commerce is preferable.
