Responsibilities
- Study the current business processes of the application project to be developed.
- Identify and define issues in the ongoing business processes.
Define the scope, objectives, requirements, and work plan of the application project in collaboration with stakeholders (users). - Develop, analyze, and organize requirements specifications, activity diagrams, flowcharts, data mapping, and data relationships as references for Developers and Testers.
- Present and explain technical specifications to stakeholders in an easily understandable manner.
- Define and execute testing procedures, create testing documentation, and ensure the quality of the application project.
- Develop implementation procedures and provide support for the application project.
- Actively communicate with user teams (stakeholders) and technical teams (developers) to develop effective and practical solutions.
- Create detailed project documentation from the Requirement & Analysis stage to Deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering (Industrial/Information/Computer Engineering) or Information Systems.
- 2 years of experience, particularly in IT system analysis and development.
Experience in creating application documentation, from Requirements to Deployment. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
- Knowledge and experience in Enterprise Integration, project data management, database design & implementation, and web and mobile application development.
- Knowledge and experience in implementing SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
This position is prioritized for the Jakarta office.
