Role
You will be responsible for conceptualizing and crafting engaging, aesthetically pleasing visual content and design assets across diverse digital and select print media. This role blends creativity with technology to effectively communicate brand messages, ensuring visual consistency and impact for Suitmedia and our clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative design concepts, compelling graphics, and innovative layouts for a wide range of digital platforms, including websites, social media, advertising campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Produce visually appealing illustrations and motion graphics/video assets optimized for various digital channels (e.g., social media stories, digital ads, web animations).
- Ensure consistency in branding, visual style, and design guidelines across all digital and print assets, maintaining a strong brand identity.
- Create and refine user interface (UI) elements such as icons, banners, and typography in collaboration with UX/UI designers to enhance overall user experience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Account Managers, Digital Strategists, Copywriters, Media Specialists, and Frontend Developers to align designs with business goals and technical requirements.
- Present and articulate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to achieve optimal results.
- Design a limited scope of print materials as needed, such as posters, brochures, flyers, or packaging, ensuring high quality for physical production.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices, continuously contributing to Suitmedia's creative excellence.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or a similar role within a digital agency or creative environment. A strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design work across digital and print media is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and motion graphics tools such as Adobe After Effects. Strong understanding of design principles (composition, color theory, typography), layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Soft Skills: Excellent creativity and conceptual thinking. Strong communication skills (oral and written), capable of articulating design rationale. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage own time. Collaborative team player eager to learn and grow.
- Bonus Points: Ability to illustrate ideas in various visual styles. Experience with 3D modeling or advanced animation.
