Role
You will gain foundational experience in web user experience and user interface design by assisting senior designers in creating engaging and visually appealing web interfaces, learning core UX/UI methodologies, and contributing to the user-centered design process for web platforms within a dynamic digital agency.
Responsibilities
- Learn to create basic UX deliverables such as wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes, and assist in producing UI mockups and visual designs specifically for web interfaces under direct supervision.
- Assist in conducting preliminary user research activities for web platforms, including data collection from surveys or usability tests, and helping to organize findings.
- Learn to analyze user feedback and behavioral data to identify basic pain points and opportunities for web design improvement.
- Support the design team in preparing presentations of web design concepts and prototypes for internal review.
- Collaborate within the design team, learning effective teamwork and communication practices in a professional environment focused on web projects.
- Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and techniques, and actively participate in knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (preferably 3rd or 4th year) in Graphic Design, Communication Visual, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), IT, Computer Science, or a related design/technology field.
- Professional Experience: No prior professional experience required, but a strong academic portfolio or personal projects showcasing an interest in web UX/UI design are essential.
- Technical/Hard Skills: Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision). Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and web visual design elements.
- Soft Skills: Good communication and teamwork abilities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Attention to detail, creativity, and a genuine eagerness to learn about web UX/UI design.
- Bonus Points: Any experience with graphic design software or basic HTML/CSS knowledge for the web. Active participation in design communities.
