Challenges: How to Rank Higher on Google and Generate More Leads?
PT Infomedia Nusantara is a subsidiary of Telkom Indonesia, providing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions that specialize in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Shared Service Operations (SSO). Initially, Infomedia focused on increasing brand awareness, as evidenced by its collaboration with several partners to execute digital marketing activities from 2021 to 2023. In 2024, Infomedia shifted its focus toward two key objectives: increasing brand visibility through SEO to secure top rankings on Google and driving effective lead generation. This strategy aimed to boost traffic to both the company’s website and web store.
Without optimized digital marketing strategies, Infomedia risked several problems, including difficulty in achieving top rankings on Google through SEO. In other words, it would reduce brand visibility in this competitive digital market. The website and web store would also be impacted as a result of failing to meet lead generation targets, which would lower the chances of customer acquisition and hinder business growth.
Furthermore, the objectives of this project were to elevate Infomedia’s brand awareness by getting on Google’s first page, generate leads through digital marketing campaigns to achieve conversion rates, boost traffic to the company’s website and web store, and increase social media presence by creating, monitoring, and measuring engagement for 24 contents for every month.
Solutions: Increasing Visibility through SEO Optimization and High-Quality Content
To address the challenges above, Suitmedia developed several comprehensive strategies. Focusing on SEO optimization to improve Google search rankings, we created 20 SEO-friendly articles each month to increase organic visibility. Additionally, we developed a data-driven digital marketing campaign to generate qualified leads and drive traffic to our website and web store. The social media strategy incorporated creating 24 pieces of content monthly and monitoring their performance and analytics to maximize engagement. The methods combined performance-based marketing, content marketing, and the use of analytics tools to ensure optimal engagement and continuous optimization.
We implemented an integrated digital marketing strategy across various channels, such as social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter), as well as online media channels (WhatsApp, SMS, and Email). We also optimized the website infomedia.co.id through SEO and SEM efforts for better results. The process began by creating a monthly content strategy that included 24 pieces of creative content, a social media content calendar, and 20 SEO-friendly articles to increase organic traffic. After completing content creation, we delivered it to the Marketing Communications team. They would check the originality and ensure that it was aligned with Infomedia’s persona and tone of voice. Every process during the digital marketing campaigns contributed to increased brand visibility, higher engagement, and successful lead conversion.
The unique aspect of this project was the approach that we adopted, which was an integrated digital marketing approach. We developed specific content strategies for each digital platform, ensuring they were tailored to the audience's interests and needs. Another aspect that set this project apart was the consistent production of original and high-quality content, which aligned with Infomedia’s brand persona and tone of voice. Additionally, the combination of SEO, SEM, and scheduled content distribution led to a sustained increase in visibility, engagement, and conversions.
Results: Enhanced Visibility and Audience Engagement Across Various Platforms
We successfully achieved the project's goals by creating interactive content designed to increase engagement and deepen understanding. Interactive quizzes, in the form of multiple-choice questions, were utilized to attract a larger audience and encourage them to engage with the content. Additionally, we showcased the service through various content formats, including static images, carousels, videos, and articles. Additionally, big day celebrations and company achievements were showcased to reinforce Infomedia’s brand image and enhance its awareness.
The project yielded impressive results, particularly on Instagram, where our content attracted 3,347 new followers and garnered 6,139 total engagements, resulting in a 500% engagement rate. The performance on LinkedIn improved, with 5,555 followers and 256 engagements. These metrics reflected the effectiveness of the content strategy in strengthening brand awareness and building interaction with the audience. Not only has social media experienced significant growth, but website optimization has also seen notable growth, leading to a boost in organic traffic. Through consistently publishing 20 SEO-friendly articles per month, Infomedia's search visibility and relevance increased.
