Challenges: How to Simplify Access to Information about Investment Products and Concierge Services?
PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk, abbreviated as BTN, is a state-owned bank that provides financial services to the public, aiming to drive economic growth for Indonesians and small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). BTN is also well-known for its expertise in housing and property financing. BTN continues to drive digital transformation and product innovation by launching BTN Prospera in early 2025. As part of its ongoing customer segmentation expansion, BTN has also launched BTN Private for high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) who require personalized wealth management. The aim is to create a digital presence as a visual representation of exclusivity and trust, the core pillars of BTN Private.
Without implementing appropriate digital solutions, BTN faces the risk of brand dilution, as the exclusive identity of the Private segment can be obscured within the general corporate website design. High-net-worth individuals commonly expect efficiency, exclusivity, high-level security, and personalization. An unintuitive interface and confusing navigation can lead to dissatisfaction, potentially driving customers toward competitors. Moreover, the complexity of investment products and the privileges require clear, easy-to-understand information without compromising professionalism.
The main objective of this project is to provide a digital showcase that can validate the status and exclusivity of BTN Private customers. This project is specifically targeted to simplify access to information about complex investment products and exclusive concierge services through an intuitive interface. In addition, BTN aims to strengthen digital synergy between conventional banking services and affluent lifestyle needs. The BTN Private website not only serves as an information channel, but also a retention platform that can increase HNWI customers' trust through personalized, exclusive experiences.
Solutions: Elevating Digital Experience through Seamless Navigation and Exclusive Access
Elevate Your Legacy is the main concept of this project, a philosophy that views wealth as a legacy to be preserved and cultivated for future generations. During the development phase, Suitmedia has translated this vision into a digital strategy emphasizing timeless design, trust, and prestige through the 4D Framework (Define, Design, Develop, and Deploy) with a human-centric approach. By structuring the information architecture to prioritize wealth management and privilege services, we ensured that every interaction reflects the standard of a legacy. Customers will be able to manage their financial future through seamless navigation and sophisticated visuals.
We implemented modern frontend technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, to ensure optimal performance and responsiveness. We also developed a special design system to translate a premium color palette and exclusive typography that aligned with BTN Private guidelines. This system ensured visual consistency and elevated digital experience, reflecting the exclusivity of the Private Banking segment.
The project has a unique aspect, as evidenced by its ability to create a personalized digital journey within the broader banking ecosystem. More importantly, BTN Private offers exclusive access through seamless micro-interactions and elegant transitions. We have successfully built a unique multi-brand harmony, in which BTN Private established its prestigious identity while integrating harmoniously with BTN's main identity.
Results: An Intuitive Platform that Reflects Exclusivity to Access Private Banking Services
The collaboration between BTN and Suitmedia resulted in a digital platform that redefined BTN's positioning in the private banking industry. This project has effectively strengthened BTN's brand positioning as a credible banking service for high-net-worth individuals. The intuitive navigation and sophisticated design provided customers with a seamless experience, enabling them to access and explore wealth management independently without any hassle. Eventually, this initiative not only underscored differentiation among segments, but also created a new standard in delivering exclusive, modern, and trusted banking services.
