Challenge: A whole new system for a maximum productivity
Danone Indonesia is one of the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies in Indonesia. Danone Indonesia has several large factories. In each factory, they have some main divisions, and one of them is the Quality Division. The responsibilities of the Quality Division are managing samples and product traceability. Beforehand, those tasks haven’t been maximally assisted by the system. Danone Indonesia asked for our help to develop a system that is expected to help their work, especially for their often-used data storage.
Solutions: A better system for managing samples and product traceability
For this case, Suitmedia decided to improve the previous system for maximum productivity in Quality Division. Because the responsibilities of the Quality Division are managing samples and product traceability, we create a digital retain sample library management, digital traceability, and development using a web-based application and iOS Application. Because of the implementations we did, now the system is complete, and it becomes a productivity booster for the Quality Division. Because it can save more time for traceability and reduce manual activities.
Result: A time-saver application
The system developed by Suitmedia is well used by Danone's team and the application has passed the audit. Moreover, there are plans to do for the next development in 2022. It usually takes 8-10 hours for manual Traceability, but when using our application the time for traceability is less than 2 hours.
