Challenges: Resources Expansion for Well-managed Daily Program Development
Accedo is a vendor appointed by Telkomsel to handle and maintain one of Telkomsel's prominent products, Maxstream. Maxstream is a video streaming service that is accessible on various devices, including Android, iOS, Desktop, and Android TV. In this project, Accedo requires additional development resources to assist and support their team in maintaining the Maxstream program on a daily basis.
Following Telkomsel's directive to transition from international to local vendors, Accedo aims to collaborate with Suitmedia in stages until we can handle the entire Maxstream program. In the initial stage, Accedo requires 3 developers resources to be onboarded to the Maxstream project, such that the project developed between Suitmedia and Accedo is a “Managed Service” where these 3 developer resources will work directly under the Project Manager from Accedo.
Solutions: Deployment of Developer Resources with Accedo’s Team to Effectively Support Managed Service
After understanding Accedo's needs in mobile app development, Suitmedia provided a Managed Service solution to Accedo, where we deployed 3 dedicated developer resources to work directly with the Accedo team. The proposed Managed Service aligns seamlessly with Accedo's specific needs, focusing on the provision of additional resources to integrate effectively with their existing team, so the suggested Managed Service solution is considered appropriate to meet the client's needs.

As a result, Accedo experienced substantial assistance in resolving tasks and managing workloads associated with the enhancement or adjustment of the Maxstream application. Our solutions not only address specific tasks but also effectively alleviate the overall workload burden for clients, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process in implementing enhancements or adjustments to the Maxstream application.
