Singapore Polytechnic is an institution established in 1954 and recognized as Singapore's first and oldest polytechnic, particularly acclaimed for its engineering programs. In this opportunity, Singapore Polytechnic wants to focus on digital marketing, aligning with the commencement of a new academic year, targeting prospective students from Indonesia.
This project aims to generate leads and enhance enrollment for Singapore Polytechnic through a tailored digital marketing campaign. Specifically, Suitmedia is spearheading online and offline efforts, encompassing digital ads and direct marketing, with a localized approach involving outreach to international schools and engagement. The goal is to amplify awareness, drive participation in Singapore Polytechnic webinar, and encourage prospective students to apply during the Nov-Dec enrollment period.
Solutions: Comprehensive Digital Advertising and KOL Collaborations Solutions for Effective Webinar Outreach
In order to give the proper solutions to the challenges, Suitmedia offers a digital advertising solution. Subsequently, we collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and local agencies to engage with targeted schools aligned with Singapore Polytechnic's specific audience focus. The objective is to encourage the audience to participate in the upcoming webinar hosted by Singapore Polytechnic.
Leveraging a comprehensive digital marketing approach involving advertising, KOL collaborations, and direct marketing, Suitmedia aims to fulfill key performance indicators (KPIs). Through the implemented digital marketing campaign solution, Singapore Polytechnic garnered registrations from a total of 185 individuals, with 98 actively participating in their webinar activity. The key performance indicator (KPI) set for Singapore polytechnic was specifically focused on the number of participants actively engaging in the webinars hosted by Singapore Polytechnic. Notably, the majority of these registrations were secured through offline and direct marketing efforts. Suitmedia played a pivotal role in this achievement through strategic collaborations with third-party entities. This involved proactive outreach to schools, where Suitmedia facilitated the process and encouraged attendance for the webinars conducted by Singapore Polytechnic.
