Challenge: Bring an easier dealership experience to customers
As one of the biggest official Toyota main dealers, Agung Toyota has solid experiences in dealership and has been trusted to give its services for decades. The company has been growing bigger and currently operating in several regions, such as Riau, Jambi, Bengkulu, Riau Islands and Bali. To reflect the growth and transformation of the business, Agung Toyota needed platforms to provide its customers from each region an easier way to gain complete information about its products and services.
Agung Toyota focused on getting closer to their customers, and they were looking at today’s technology advancements and seeing the possibilities for making the retail dealership more relevant to its customer in each region. They wanted to bring some of the dealership experiences into digital experiences.
And this is how we answered the challenge:
Agung Toyota Website
Working together, our goal was to bring some of in-store experiences into a fluid website that allows customers 24/7 access to vehicle and dealer services information. The website has simplified the process of choosing a car by allowing customers to research car models and compare prices. People also can use Agungtoyota.co.id to quickly calculate credit estimation to know how much the credit amount and their monthly payment. Moreover, the website enables its customers to make online reservation for test drive, vehicle maintenance, and reserve spare parts.
We were also embracing the power of social media as a part of car dealers marketing by connecting Agung Toyota social media profiles to its website for a consolidated digital presence. This strategy also allows users to move between online profiles with ease and ultimately engage in a unique and enjoyable digital dealership experience.
Agung Toyota Mobile Application
We also created a mobile app for Agung Toyota to make all the information they’d like to provide to their customers – including special sales and promotions – is right at their fingertips. Through push notifications Agung Toyota is getting even closer to a direct interaction, and can easily remind customers about their products and services whenever it makes sense. The Agung Toyota mobile app has made a true and sincere connection with their customers, and making them a loyal lover of their products and services.
