Challenges: Transform Bina Pertiwi’s Product Information into a Single Integrated Catalog
Bina Pertiwi is a subsidiary of PT United Tractors Tbk that offer solutions in energy management, industrial operations, and agricultural to a variety of industries. Its product ecosystem includes heavy-duty machinery, agricultural tools, supporting equipment, and integrated after-sales services that are designed to help customers optimize operational productivity. As part of its ongoing digital and customer experience activities, Bina Pertiwi attempts to deliver product information in a comprehensive, accessible, and user-friendly style.
The company's product catalogs are currently divided into several separate publications, each of which represents a distinct unit or aftermarket item. This format requires customers to locate and review numerous brochures when exploring product options, making the research phase time-consuming and giving information gaps. Additionally, the lack of a comprehensive combined PDF catalog restricts product visibility and accessibility, especially for stakeholders who need a comprehensive overview for budgeting, procurement planning, or comparative purposes.
The objective of this project is to unify all catalogs into a single, well-curated PDF that provides a comprehensive snapshot of Bina Pertiwi’s offerings. This new product catalog format will streamline navigation, enhance readability, support more informed purchasing decisions, and ultimately improve overall customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Solutions: Modern Catalog Integration: Merging Content, Design, and Functionality
To address Bina Pertiwi’s challenges, we adopted a strategy to combine all of the previously disparate product catalogs into a one document that exposes Bina Pertiwi's whole product line in an orderly and aesthetically consistent way. This involved updating the layout of the catalog, improving the visuals, and making sure that it was consistent with Bina Pertiwi's brand identity. By revising product descriptions, translating all content into Indonesian, and replacing out-of-date information with the most recent product specifications, we also improved clarity.
In order to comprehend the significance and features of each product, we began this project by looking at the prior product catalog and product details from the Bina Pertiwi website. We rearranged the structure to make it easier to understand and translated the text into Indonesian based on the findings of this study. Photoshop was used for the redesign process, with size and quality changes made to accommodate printing requirements. Additionally, we adjusted the downloadable PDF file's size to maintain its great quality without going overboard.
This project’s unique value lies in its ability to convert multiple catalogs into one unified, easy-to-navigate document that elevates both the customer experience and brand perception. The combination of updated product information, modern visual design, and streamlined content structure creates a catalog that not only simplifies browsing but also demonstrates Bina Pertiwi’s commitment to providing clear, accessible, and professionally presented product information.

Suitmedia’s strategic approach has resulted in an enhanced Bina Pertiwi product catalog that is more structured, informative, and visually aligned with the company’s brand identity. By merging previously separate catalogs into a unified document, the new format enables buyers to search, locate, and easily compare products, while also boosting the brand’s professional and modern image.
