PT AEON Credit Service Indonesia is a consumer financing company that entered the Indonesian market in 2013 with the launch of its Credit Card business, following the example of its affiliated companies in Japan and elsewhere. As a subsidiary of AEON Financial Service Co., Ltd., operating under the AEON Group (AEON Co., Ltd.) in Japan, the company aims to enhance its services by developing a mobile application. This application is intended to meet high standards of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX), ensuring it remains up-to-date and user-friendly. The purpose of this project is to create a mobile app through which both new and loyal users can easily apply for credit.
Solutions: Empowering User Experience by the Implementation of UI/UX Design
In order to address AEON's requirements effectively, Suitmedia offers a solution by assisting AEON in meeting its UI/UX needs in alignment with its objectives, while maintaining the essence of the AEON brand identity. Through an initial research phase, Suitmedia identified AEON's requirements for establishing the optimal UI/UX for AEON Credit users. This entails designing a mobile application interface that is both intuitive and informative, considering the significant amount of information users need to navigate to apply for credit accurately.

As a result, AEON's mobile app has undergone a significant improvement, becoming notably more appealing, user-friendly, and informative for its users.
